Hello to all my friends out there in the universe...or wherever!

     Yes, it's another Monday and I may have figured out how to start out on a positive note on those "Oh-my-gosh-the -weekend-can't-be-over-yet...I'm not ready" Monday Morning Blues... Here it is: Before you go out the door to tackle the world, or traffic, or those lines in the school's driveway...you must turn on some MUSIC (make it loud and I'm not talking about some easy listening, slow ballad type music - think Maniac from Flashdance!), and DANCE for at least 5 minutes before you leave the house!!!  (Please note - this is a recommendation for Mondays, not every minute of your life!)
